Welcome to Gallery Roulette (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please delete the App and stop using it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the App or any part of it.
The App allows you to upload, display and share photos and videos from your device with other players during gameplay. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Yauheni Babanin a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute such content only to operate, maintain and improve the App and its features.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents (including from people in the photos/videos) to share content during the game. Because rounds may draw from your media library, you are responsible for everything shared from your device.
Do not upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, invasive of privacy, pornographic, sexually explicit, graphically violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

We may (but are not obliged to) review, remove or disable content or accounts that breach these Terms.
Play responsibly. Pause and review what you share. Do not upload sensitive or private content that could harm you or others. Use "Pause/Chat" or other controls to manage your participation.

The App may show non-targeted or contextual ads and use analytics to improve quality and safety. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
The App, name, logos, UI, and other materials are owned by Yauheni Babanin or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use it without compensation or restrictions.
We may add/remove features, suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may delete the App to terminate these Terms. Sections 3, 8, 11–14 survive termination.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will always be accurate or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yauheni Babanin and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; lost profits, data, or goodwill; or any losses arising from (a) use or inability to use the App; (b) access or inability to access the App; (c) others' conduct or content; or (d) unauthorized access to your account or content. In any case, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Yauheni Babanin and its personnel from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient detail to identify the material and your rights. We may remove content and, if appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Warsaw, Poland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your country grants you other protections.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy) form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
